Pryme Earthworks

BEWARE.... this company was contracted by Oasis pools to dig a hole in our backyard for a pool, the foreman from Oasis pools said the excavator driver hit the house but was a small chip and on return home from work they have taken a huge chunk out of our newly built home.So far it been over 3 weeks and no return phone call on how my house will be repaired. Now seeking legal advice....Don't use.... UPDATE after this review was put up it was repaired the next day which is great after 3weeks of not hearing anything someone showed up unannounced saying they want to fix it.But it gets better I have CCTV footage of someone from Pryme entering my property without permission forcing the locked gate open to have a look at the wall scaring my wife as they didn't even knock to say can I have a look.

Can always help with what i need. Can usually have machines on site the next day. Craig is soooo helpful and experienced. Toni and Stacey in the office are a delight to talk to... With out a doubt the best earthworks company on the Gold coast.

Beware. This company were engaged by Oasis Pools in May to do the dig for our concrete pool. Their attitude towards care and responsibility of our property was atrocious. Apart from the extensive damage to our front yard and destruction of a retaining wall across the front yard and collapsed bank, they also dislodged 2 large rocks from the structural stone wall and then left site without repairing the damage. The bobcat operator was asked to use clean fill to fill behind a retaining wall. He then dropped several lumps of concrete into the wall breaking it. Instead of reporting the damage he continued to fill it. I have had to hand dig it out and repair. Oasis said they would arrange for them to call back and repair the wall but no response yet. This is not a bare building site where nothing is established this was out beautiful home and yard that is now very badly damaged and these guys apparently have no responsibility. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
