Pearl Nails

Very unsatisfied and disappointed with the service I've received. Have ended up paying $70 in total for a poorly completed set of simple nails. Came in on Thursday last week. Left with dodgy shaped nails, that don't match and very poor polish. The woman doing my nails also really butchered the skin around my nails I left with a few spots bleeding. On Friday afternoon my right pinkie nail snapped whilst cleaning due to the poor job. I've returned today to have it fixed. Waiting over 45 minutes to be served. Completely understand they were busy but as soon as the lady started my nails she just ran out of the shop and I waited another 15-20 mins for her to return and finish them. Shes also done a poor job as it is longer than my other pinkie and doesn't really match the set of nails. Poor rushed job and even the polish has been done poorly. They then charged me another $10 just for the 1 nail to be fixed. Really horrible service I received and 100% will never go back here. Could of saved $65 and bought a pack of fake nails and done a better job, in comparison that's how horrible they are.

Pedicure was pretty decent, some blemishes but nothing to really complain over. However, the girl who shaped and buffed my acrylics nails put me through a bit of pain. nail paint was gorgeous and the owner treated me well. So overall, it was okay considering.

Service was absolutely perfect. Looked after my ticklish feet and made sure my daughter was happy with the colours for my toes. Both enjoyed our date thanks to the service and smiles that keep us coming back !

Poached me from outside and promised me a seat straight away. Was in there for 45 minutes and this is all they did… And still were letting people in.. A joke.

I paid $75 for nails with a simple design that was poorly painted with bubbles and marks from other nail polish colours that could have easily been prevented but staff were very careless. My nails were also shaped very weird and staff made no effort to fix them. Staff were also very rude talking about my nails and inviting other staff members over to have a look and laugh as well. Do not recommend if you want decently priced and good quality acrylic nails.

I had a voucher for a spa mani pedi. They waited till the end to let me know it was an extra $30 for the shellac this wasn’t mentioned at all as an extra cost till the job was finished. The actual job is average paint missing and nails not filed evenly. I left bleeding where I was cut. The place is unclean with no evidence of any hygiene routine just a basin they seem to wash tools in, the foot spas were not washed between clients just emptied and refilled. Definitely give this place a miss total rip off.

Super over priced just to get my nails and toes painted and not too mention terrible job painting my nails. They tend to try and rush you out instead on focusing on the quality job they should be doing for their customers.

Absolutely brilliant experience!! Very clean and worked quickly even though there were a lot of people in there. I would say that they need a bigger space as it is a bit tight to move around, but of course that can't be helped. The nail artist was absolutely brilliant and got the design I wanted, almost exactly alike the one I showed them!! I will definitely be returning and recommending!!
