Physique Health Physiotherapy

Based upon my personal experiences I found Dave to be engaging and respectful in our patient/ practitioner relationship. His diagnosis of my disability was evidence based and the recommended treatment regime resulted, over time, in the rehabilitation of the disability.The practice staff are all genuinely welcoming contributing to my opinion that the Physique Health approach to medicine is client centred.

I am very satisfied with the services provided. I have been dealing with 2 issues, and Jessica and Matthew are professional, kind and sensitive. They are upfront about what the treatments involve and the ongoing costs. All of the staff are friendly and I was impressed by the fact that they remembered my name even after just one appointment.

The team at Physique are the total care package.I have been a part of the furniture there for the last five or six years.I never knew physiotherapy could encompass so much! They truly go above and beyond for their clients. In fact'I've never felt like 'just a client'. They have a special way of making you feel like you matter, that your physical health and emotional well-being are equally important because one can't be without the other. And they tend to both in various ways. I have complex physical issues, some acquired from poorly performed surgeries, some just unlucky. Never have they given up on me, they always support, encourage, treat, educate, care and listen. Not everyone out there listens.They are an essential part of my life now and I value their professionalism, friendliness and ongoing care.I've never been good at simple sentences and I could go on but will finish with this - if you're after more than cold, clinical treatment something I've experienced far too often elsewhere, Physique are the team to see for warmth, care, exceptional treatments and classes of all kinds. I can only highly recommend them.

I have been a long time patient of this service. I have found all the physiotherapists and staff to be most pleasant and helpful in all ways. Over the years I have been treated by all the physios for various ailments and have had positive response in all cases. I would highly recommend this service and the physios to anyone, they are all very well trained and highly competent.

I was consulted by Rebecca. This was the first time I'd ever attended an appointment with a women's health physiotherapist on sensitive issues regarding my body being 10 weeks post-partum. Rebecca was extremely professional and thorough in assessing my health and provided me with a helpful explanation of my health situation and exercises to improve my pelvic floor. Rebecca even conducted out of hours research to follow up on a question I asked earlier that day and got back to me the same evening. The following day, I received a check-in phone call from the lovely reception staff. I highly recommend this clinic, Rebecca and her staff for their exceptionally high level of service in my health care.

Was chasing the ponies away from my flower garden and the ponies and I changed direction but my 50+ year old knee did not and I damaged my meniscus. Attended GP who prescribed Voltaren which did not work. Hobbled around for two months with knee getting more worse until unable to take any weight at all. Went back to GP requesting a MRI. GP advised me nothing could be done and that it was just wear and tear and that my knee's condition was about 20 years older than the rest of me. Got so bad had to buy a walking stick, then crutches and at the end of the day I was cooking dinner sitting in my belated mum's wheel chair. In desperation made an appointment with Physique and although they were fully booked a cancellation came up and they slotted me in. I showed David Cvelbar the MRI report and explained what my GP had said and that basically I just had to live with my sore old knee. David examined me and began treatment with massage treatment, strapping and a series of exercises. In no time at all I had a 100% recovery and that damaged knee feels way better than my other knee now. David was so supportive in getting me back to walking correctly and strengthening the whole area against future injury. He didn't just say what I had to do but explained the science behind it and I appreciate the knowledge which removed much of my fears. I absentmindedly missed an appointment and the staff did not berate me. The whole experience was 10 out of 10 and if you are getting the just put up and live with it advice" from your GP

The staff at Physique really do listen and care. They are extremely passionate about what they do and are obviously highly trained. Bec and all the team go the extra mile to help you in anyway they can.I would definitely recommend Physique Physiotherapy , they have made a big difference in the quality of my life ! Thanks guys!

I have been attending Physique Physiotherapy for nearly 8 years for various complaints. I have always been impressed by the treatments and advice I have received over the years.Additionally the practice has always shown itself to contribute professionally to our community through a number of activities.The staff (admin and practice staff) have always been professional, helpful and friendly.I cannot recommend them enough.
