We need to send our luggage’s from toowong to Melbourne. The service was brilliant starting from the first phone call. No long waiting tone or machine. They accept pay by phone which make everything easier, as We were in Melbourne already. They gave two quotes based on online request from us. We choose the quote with extended time of arrival (4-5 working days). Our friend dropped the luggage on Monday, we get quote and pay on Monday afternoon. On Friday morning, the luggage arrived in Melbourne. Quicker than we expected. Highly recommended

I have used Toowong Pack and Send for several deliveries, both domestically and internationally. We originally met with Gus for some advice on packing, which resulted in us using his services. Gus at Pack & Send Toowong was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional!! In very difficult circumstances he ensured that our unaccompanied luggage was returned from Germany to Brisbane. Conveniently located and with a carpark on site it was a breeze, before I had arrived in to my vehicle there was already an sms with a tracking number. I tracked that same evening and it was already in Brisbane ready for dispatch for PNGCould not have been betterthe bonus is that the staff were professional and friendly

Would give 6 stars if I could. I sent very fragile antique china from Brisbane to southern NSW. From my first call to Pack & Send at Taringa the service and communication was excellent. They were very aware of the items, double checked the packaging and every item arrived in perfect condition. I can highly recommend and will definitely be back. Many thanks.

We had an extra bag that would have been $1000+ with the airline. So last minute went to Pack and Send. Email was sent in the night and got a prompt response in the morning. Went to drop off and got an accurate quote and easy process to send the suitcase. Gus was fantastic - great customer service. My bag reached yesterday. Gus explained that it might have an excess for customs ; but there was no extra costs and was pleasantly surprised. Big thumbs up for Gus and Pack and send.
