Customer service was excellent and the shop has a wide range of beautiful and quality rugs to choose from. Prices were fair and affordable. The owner, Omar, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for, and offered me great recommendation. I found what I wanted and was very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good rugs and I have attached some pictures below :)

A huge variety of rugs and great customer service. I found that out of all the rug stores in the area, it was king of rugs that had the best selection with both traditional and modern. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Purchased a 2mx2.9m rug and couldn’t be happier. Oman provided great service from showing me the selection of rugs to ideas on what to choose, all without being too pushy to make a purchase. He was happy to answer any questions I had with a friendly smile.He also assisted in cutting down the rug a few cm to make sure it fits.Highly recommend and quality service and rugs all around!

The shop has one of the widest selection of rugs I have ever seen and there were so many sizes, types and colours to choose from, to suit our needs. Omar was extremely helpful and gave us great advice and suggestion. Outstanding service- 100% recommend !

Excellent service, we loved that he showed us rugs and then just left us to have a look. He didn’t hover and had excellent knowledge. Beautiful rug and a great play space for our 2year old.

Discovered this store whilst looking for rug stores to purchase for my mother. So we drove to Preston and we were not disappointed. Omar was very welcoming, asked us a very quick question of what size we were looking for and showed us where we could find the selection and left us to it until we saw anything we liked. Was not pushy with sales, but was happy to answer questions about the rugs and quality and prices. Needless to say we walked out with a beautiful rug for my mum at a great price. Well done Omar

I had the best experience shopping here at the Preston store. Amazing variety of rugs at very affordable prices. The young man is very helpful and a very nice person. I really enjoyed my whole experience finding my rugs. I had previously been to other stores and places like IKEA. But King of Rugs Preston had it all and the best prices!!
