I worked with Mark and the team at Jim’s Building inspections in Brisbane and had a fantastic experience. I was an interstate property investor and I felt I was in good hands right from the start. Mark did a building inspection for me on 25 June 2020, for the house I am buying.Marks price was good, he was friendly and seemed very thorough. I attended the inspection and he took me around and showed me the things he had found. He explained everything really well, told me what needed attention and what just needed to be monitored. His report included photos for every point so that I could actually see what he was talking about.He even gave me advice for some changes we are thinking of making to the house. I am glad I chose Mark and would happily recommend him to others.

Mark did my inspection he was very professional and thorough. His advice went beyond the usual list of defects and issues and extended to practical and useful advice on how to resolve the issues and quickly improve the property.
