Very slow responses to emails (days/weeks) if at all, some of the worse pricing in SA and endless small issues. perhaps they're simply too busy and don't want small batch work. I won't be using again. They were useless in 2017 and they're still useless. I'm instead making 2-hour round-trips to a different laser-cut supplier. This is how unhappy I am. I'd rather drive for hours than pull my hair out for another day. If you're a small business, save yourself the hassle and use a different, more professional supplier.
