I think the ownership of this company changed around a year ago and I honestly can't imagine anyone having any issues since then. Everybody who I have encountered at Ideal Air has been absolutely fantastic and have gone above and beyond to be helpful and provide an exemplary service. They are prompt, communicative and efficient as well as just being lovely to deal with. I have had a few bad experiences with trades recently and Louis, Tanya and the team at Ideal Air were just the opposite. Highly recommended.

Special thanks for installing my new heating system when I really needed it - that’s what I call great customer service shifting things around to get it done before my elderly parents came to stay otherwise they would have frozen! Over priced and disorganized.

We spent about 3 months going back and forth wither another company and our rental agent to get our heating panel replaced. They kept telling us they needed to order a part and were waiting. We negotiated with our rental agent to use our own provider directly and Louis at Ideal Air got the part and had it sorted in 2 days! They actually showed they wanted our business and did an impeccable job!!

Air technologies and vents.

Total rip off. Were here for 20 minutes. Cleaned some dust and left then refused to supply me with a certificate stating they had serviced the heater. Seriously would never use them again

Like so many people today if something goes wrong with household appliances just google for help. When my air conditioner stopped functioning thats exactly what I did and clicked on Ideal Air. Booked a service call for the next morning. I received a call the next morning 1 hour prior to him arriving to make sure I was home. After 2 hours the problem was solved and the unit was working again. The cost was exactly as quoted prior to the service. I can only say I was overwhelmed by the quality of the service, punctuality and attention to detail provided. The repair man was Paul and he was so professional and has been in the game for 20 odd years so knows all the little tricks of the trade and really wants to help fix the problem rather than try and sell new parts. Hats off to Ideal Air, you have got me for life.
