I’ve built many homes in Townsville using many different builders and these guys are the best. Impeccable quality standards, great design ideas and standard inclusions are of very high quality compared to many builders (who use budget basic inclusions which you need to pay to upgrade). Proview are very transparent with inclusions and pricing. There has been many impacts recently which have greatly affected the building industry such as delays in delivery of materials due to floods, Covid etc, difficulties in obtaining qualified staff and trades to regional areas, weather events etc - builders have very little control over these things however Proview has communicated and sought alternatives where possible to minimise this as much as they can. If you are going to build a home in these times you need to expect these delays with any builder and understand that this is just all part of the process at this time unfortunately. John and his team have won many awards and have a great reputation in this region. I would highly recommend.

We built our forever home with Proview, completing construction in 2022. Our initial planning stages were great but throughout the build we were consistently disappointed with their work and overall professionalism. We had to bring in a third party building inspector who found multiple defects, some of which are still not fixed. 7 months after completion we are still waiting on repairs to a leaking roof and poorly installed windows which we brought to their attention on the day of install.I would not recommend Proview Homes.

Thanks to the Guys at Proview Homes we love our house the attention to detail and finish is second to none and any questions we had going through the building process was answered quickly and made building our dream home so easy, highly recommended these guys, John and the team are awesome to deal with.

Best builder I have dealt with so far and by a mile. Having built my 5th house in Townsville recently using Pro-View Homes, the quality and communication are the top stand out differences between this builder and the others we have used. I would recommend this builder for price, inclusions and quality.
