Lovely Venue we were in the private function room for a family members 70th. Food was amazing. Liked the Shiraz and Prosecco. The venue was great for the kids to run around outside. Will definitely be returning.

Divine food and wine. Beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful service. What else could one ask for from a winery? Already looking forward to our next visit.

Had a lovely time here on Saturday. Beautiful seating scattered around the lawn so nothing feels too crowded. Very friendly service. The food was excellent for sharing and I particularly loved the rosé for a sunny day.

Short review:Pros:- Lovely view- Easy to find- Lots of Parking, albeit a little sketchy.Cons:- Food service- Food quality- Food PriceLong ReviewI truly hope our experience was a one off rough day for the kitchen, and I fully imagine it was. It was such a lovely place, and though the staff seemed disinterested and tired, that's fair enough after a long day.Having waited an hour after ordering for food, we asked politely in case our order had been lost; as we had been seated around 1:55 at the end of a rush. We were bluntly assured food was coming soon". Luckily

We were wanting a tasting and a nice meal but ended up receiving neither. The food took 1.5 hours to come out and was essentially frozen pizza bases with very minimal topping. By the time the bases had cooled to room temperature they were hard and almost inedible. After waiting so long for a disappointing meal we decided it wasn't worth waiting around for a tasting and left.

We enjoyed the wine and outdoor sitting even though we were not allowed to sit inside despite the place being half empty. Most of the food was really nice exceptional was the chicken wrapped that was made with fake (artificial) chicken and no one wanted to it eat it.Staff argued, telling us we were wrong.

Very bad experienceWe brought my husband's parents (visiting from abroad) to the winery as we had heard good things about it. Sadly , the waitress was rude and talked down to us as if we were small children. Yes, we wanted a specific table because it had the best location and the best views. And no, no one stood on the table to put the umbrella up. That's misinformation. The waitress's comment was 'we are at the hour when we are putting the umbrellas down, not up'. It was 4pm and the winery's closing time was set to 5 pm. It felt that our arrival was of a huge inconvenience to the staff member and putting up an umbrella an hour before the closing time was too much of an extra work. The cheese platter was mediocre . It looked like some leftovers were thrown together and given to us. Definitely not worth $30. There were literally 6 crackers , 1 dried apricot, 3 pieces of cheese, fig jam and a few walnuts. Definitely not worth $30. Ah yes, they did give us 4 pcs of salami but it was not at 'no extra cost', they did not have pears for the cheeseboard so that was a substitute. It is also amusing that they claim they had served us food after the kitchen had closed as if anything on the cheeseboard had needed heavy duty cooking.Maybe instead of attacking customers in person and in reviews you actually trained your staff to provide better customer service. Will not be back

A nice little vineyard and cellar door. Simple menu with woodfired pizza, usual suspects for Yarra Valley cool climate wines, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cab Sav, Shiraz - 6 varieties on tasting, all pleasant. Excellent grounds and views. Historic homestead a bonus. Pizza dough was a little thick but toppings were nice. Lots of open space for kids to run amok or for just chilling on the lawns.

So disappointed!Drove from the city to visit this winery and do some wine tasting. There was nobody at the tasting counter so asked to be served to be told they had to finish making coffees (rudely).Waited to be served and still nobody came, they just continued to take more coffee orders despite knowing I was waiting...Eventually walked out....and wont return.Felt more like a cafe than a winery.

This place deserves 0 stars. Terrible customer service. The lady spoke to us in an extremely condescending manner. I felt humiliated and cheated. The lady also didn't allow us to sit where we wanted because she claimed that the umbrella could not be unfurled. We literally had to share 10 crackers between 4 of us. Would never visit this place as long as I have breath in my body. Terrible experience.
