After couple of days promising they will come, Unisys laptop support scheduled a repair for today from 10:00 - 14:00. At 16:10 the Unisys is calling to say that they cannot come as they are over booked, and first free apointment is in 6 days.Positive reviews are fake.

Unisys was very good at coming on the date we expected them to come to pick up the broken laptop. However the day after pickup they delivered back to us without any notice and the laptop was not fixed. The laptop is covered under AppleCare so it could have easily been taken care of with a phone call or email to us. This means we have to make another repair request which is absurd as my brother needs his laptop for school when the term begins. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and service we were given.

Extremely disappointing service. They attend as part of dell's warranty repairs but the whole process was a headache and I didn't get any part of the laptop fixed at all. From repeated poor communication trying to schedule appointment, to repeated no shows, to a rude employee eventually attending but then not even opening the laptop to check the issue and leaving blowing the whole issue off without doing anything. A terrible experience. Never dealing with this company or dell's products again. The process with Dell was equally disappointing

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, had a case reassigned 3 times over 3 weeks because the technician canceled on me numerous times then goes and says I’m the one canceling and then opens up an investigation. Why would I lie about that when I’ve given my free days so that I can get my computer looked at? Absolutely horrified. And I reopened the case 3 times just to have the same technician assigned because of an “automated” system. Surely there are other technicians available especially when I’ve had Apple reopen the case numerous times. There is no direct number to reassign technicians, just wasting over 5 hours on the phone with Apple to try and get another technician. My laptop is unusable even though it’s brand new and I’ve just had a poor experience all around and there’s nothing more I can do. 0 stars you need to improve your system of reassigning technicians when there has been extremely poor work done or a complaint, and consider checking your employees more thoroughly before hiring them because they’ve completely done a number on your business.

Not sure about the business/company as I have never dealt with them, however HR/Recruitment individual is a total waste of time, as in no feedback, no consistency, no follow ups basically runs his own show as he pleases according to the day he's having.

Unisys techs were assigned to repair my Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon, initially I was pretty hesitant about the quality of repairs over sending it back to a depot as the other reviews are pretty spicy, but the onsite repair experience I have had is amazing and I would not hesitate with going through them in future.My X1 Carbon is covered under Lenovo's Premier Onsite Support that promises next business day repairs, which I had my doubts about as my laptop was released close to 4 years ago and I didn't know if they stocked parts for laptops that old, but Unisys pulled through with both repairs which were next business day.My laptop had issues where the mouse inputs (trackpad & trackpoint) both didn't function and I submitted a repair request to Lenovo at 11am on Monday, which after some clarification, they approved the repair and created a work order at 4pm on Monday.The first Unisys tech came the next day, 10am on Tuesday armed with a replacement keyboard & palmrest assembly and trackpad but unfortunately after both parts were installed the issue persisted. Faced with this problem, he was quite professional & contacted a supervisor who worked together with him over the phone until they concluded that the issue was on the motherboard side and they arranged for a second repair tomorrow to replace the keyboard & motherboard again as he didn't have the part with him.The second Unisys tech came the next day, also 10am on Wednesday and replaced the new keyboard again as well as installing a new motherboard which fixed the problem for good. He actually replaced the old thermal paste when taking off the heatsink and replacing the motherboard which is a good practice that some techs don't do to save time.Overall both techs I had were professional, experienced & competent with repairing my model of my laptop & the appointment process has been excellent too. Initially you get a large window (e.g. 9am-1pm or 1-6pm), that gets confirmed on the morning into a 2hr window (e.g. 9-11am or 10am-12pm), the tech also calls you to let you know of an even more specific time (a 30min arrival window in my case) and when they are on their way to your location you are notified with an ETA with their current location on a map.Re: someone else's review with their MacBook keyboard issue, what looks like a small issue can actually be a motherboard issue in the end. I've had that before with a 16 MacBook Pro repaired by Apple Castle Towers this year

Worst company to deal with. Apple referred me as they thought it would be quicker to have my laptop repaired. Took over 4 weeks due to waiting on parts, technician very late and the company doesn’t deal with appointments, they give you the technician mobile and you are on your own. Never ever use Unysis to deal with any repairs. Highly disappointing.
