Placed $100 order #16069 in 01/22 and $100 order #18055 in 02/22 and have received no communication from the store despite multiple emails over months. The phone doesn't get answered at the store or when it does they are not able to advise or help. I have now taken the matter to the ACCC and Victorian Fair Trading. Do not order from them. UPDATE: the store has now announced it will cease trading with no contact regarding existing orders. I have been advised to contact VCAT by Fair Trading.

The owner of this store did not physically touch me, but he did once make a verbal comment saying that I had very nice breasts and that he would like to put his head between them and shake them around.I felt that was inappropriate.

If I could give 0 rating I would. I placed an order in September 2022 and I am still waiting for my item.There has been no correspondence what so ever. I ring the landline and it goes straight to voicemail.

Stole my money. Spent a bunch on preorder and when I went to check on it around the time it was suppose to ship, I notice there store is closed and website doesn't work. Charging back and talking to lawyer.

As mentioned by everyone else, avoid online purchases from this company. I’m down $100’s from pre-orders that never arrive. Months go by without hearing anything. Call, promise updates, but never return calls. Definitely dodge behavior.

These people are total SCAM Artist.I had close to $4k in preorders. They never delivered. Never answered calls or returned emails.I spoke with commonwealth bank.As they broke multiple laws as per conversation with ACCC. I was able to get my money back through the bank.Guys CALL YOUR BANK AND GET YOU MONEY BACK.

1 star is too much for this business. I ordered and never received my item. Phone calls go unanswered and so do emails.. I'm currently trying to get my money back from what I see as a total rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Edit****Been waiting 9 days for my so called refund after I got this in an email.As per your request we have done the refundSo removal of your google review would be appreciatedOf course nothing and I will not take down the review till I get my money. It’s a total scam! I have been waiting for a refund as they never received the item for 5 weeks!! I rang the store 5 weeks ago and they said I was going to receive one and I am still waiting. Their phone number is no longer listed anywhere and I have sent out numerous emails and NOTHING. Do not buy from here!

Be extremely careful when ordering from this website, they are actively taking pre orders on stock that hasn't even been confirmed to be getting a reprint. Myself and multiple others have been waiting 12 + months for items that haven't come. Customer service is deplorable and seems to be actively dodging my emails. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will not be purchasing anything from this website ever again. Be careful out there folks.
