I called up to make sure the port I was ordering was the correct part as there where three different water pump bolt sets available. The team member i asked said yes the part was there so I asked would it fit and he said that's not up to him no if it fits so I asked him could check and he said no. I would never do business with rocket industries again. .

Product knowledge was inadequate sold us the wrong parts more than 3 times even after returning to store multie times explaining what we were after...some staff members were very rude even hanging up on us when we contacted them for refund will never shophere again and do not recommend

big shout out to the rocket men. I used to deal with a mob in seven Hills and always had to downgrade my lines to meet my budget , which means I've always been chasing my tail and replacing overpriced rubber lines on my turbo set-up which would fail within 6 to 9 months , not to mention the feeeken oil errywherr driving my landlord mad .not only do rocket have great prices they are very helpful in person and over the phone .it's nice for peace of mind having all my oil lines done in braided stainless now .thanks again rocket mans .

Customer service is appalling. Happens way to regularly. Go to collect order, several hours after calling in order. Go to counter, they say we will pick it now. 45 mins later I ask what's going on. Sorry we have not be picked up it yet we will start now. 15 mins later I ask again what's happening. I then left with no goods. Go somewhere else instead.

I had an issues with my Edelbrock Carby, which was out of warranty. The team at Rocket said they would have a look at it as a warranty claim. I'm very impressed with Rocket's customer service and their knowledge of the products they sell. My Carby issue was resolved that day. Special thanks to Claude. Keep up the good work.CheersChris

used to be great.. now one of the worst in the market .. poor customer service, well overpriced compared to the rest of the market (nearly double in alot of cases), take forever to send parts which might be what was ordered might not be.. just coasting along on the good name they had, maybe if they're your local parts shop other than that I'd go elsewhere like I will be

Was gonna buy 3k worth of parts,staff had quoted wrong rods,staff member on phone wasn't really interested in helping told me it's the customers responsibility,here's me thinking I had rang a shop for some expert advice like you'd think they would do.Seemed like a massive hassle for them to do there job rather buy off outlaw least they are very helpful.Funny they keep pistons in stock but not rods to suit a joke.
