Quite good

You got a Good choice. There are friendly staffs and delicious cups of coffee are waiting you. It is not cheaper than other shops but it has a good service with smile.

We recently bought three types of tile to help with the renovation of our home. After great service on the day we were a little disappointed to find when we got home that one of the tiles we were supplied with was a different colour to that we bought.Returning the tiles we were met with a hostile attitude and immediate protests about a 'No Return' policy. The tiles were eventually grudgingly swapped when they acknowledged they has supplied the wrong tile.A week later we unpacked the tiles we were most excited about which were the marble tiles for our bathroom,. We were REALLY disappointed to find that these were all obviously seconds or rejects as every tile was damaged to a different degree with a scraped edge taking the surface off leaving a white mark on every tile making them unusable.It gets worse...When we told our sad story to the salesperson (after chasing numerous times and not having calls returned) we were advised that 'Management' wouldn't refund our money for the damaged goods and Management would not talk to us. Management stayed hidden in the background cowardly sending their staff out to deliver a message that the staff quite clearly thought was wrong.We are currently getting legal advice on how to proceed....Be warned.
