From getting pre-approval to settlement, the team were easy to deal with and submitting documentation through the portal was an easy process. Ray the lending manager was extremely helpful - I'm a first home buyer and he was able to explain things clearly to me along the way, which is what I needed. Finance was done super quickly as well. Just talk to a guy name Albi. He makes me feels like they are not here to help me get the loan. Guys I have been in Australia for nearly 9 years and recently got my 5 years sponsorship visa with a high potential that I can apply for a PR. He wasnt aware of the fact that I can cover the quoted repayment and keep pointing at my partner who still a student. I do fully understand that its your job to pointed out the difficulties but its also your job to give your client some options. The only thing he said at the end was we will try to contact you again when you a PR - Earn 60k a year plus tips and he dont even consider to try to help.

Started off great with competitive interest rate, now after a year there are many other better options. Rate is now equal to or worse than others. This variable rate car loan they sell is rubbish. Beware.

Ok I got plenty of money/ income , wanted a $28K car loan so i can use the cash for some shares later in the year. Took months of nitpicking and document after document at least 15 all the while i did not have a car. Its not customer service fault who were decent but the people who behind the scenes set these bureaucratic policies . Gave up after another delay and paid cash.Stay away.

Had our home loan with these guys for nearly 10 years and no real problem, until we came to refinance with another lender, and they have delayed and delayed and made everything so much harder than it needs to be. It took them 6 weeks to get us our mortgage discharge forms, and two months after requesting the refinance they still haven't transferred the money from our old offset account (which they closed) to our new one. Incredibly frustrating experience.

After doing some research on different financial institutions, I found loans.com.au provided a competitive rate compared to other lending agents.Using an online lender for the first time, I wasn't sure how it all worked. The first home loan process went very smoothly so much so that we made inquires about getting a 2nd loan for an investment property.Ray, the lending manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He looked at our finances and was able to provide several options for us to consider.Loans.com.au will definitely be our first go to lender should we proceed with purchasing an investment property.

dreadful to deal with, was approved and advised to proceed with the car purchase and to seek tax invoice from a dealer, then was advised the loan was declined, not only wasted my time but the dealer's time. will defiantly not be recommending Loans to anybody I know.Complete waste of time!
