Bought item from them online and chose pick up option as I live close by. Absolutely blown away by their customer service and organisation skills!! Shop I think was in the process of moving warehouses and said the item was offsite so would be delayed a day - they emailed me to let me know when to expect it to be in store and the reasons why and apologise for the delay of a single day. Went above and beyond for me - a very happy customer who will definitely be back!! It probably cost them more to move my item to their shop - can't recommend these guys enough!! Also item exactly as described and much loved. 100/10 service.

Great place to order beanieboos, pops or anything collectable. Has some great gifts as well. Their gifts always come packaged up nicely and you can pick up your order in-store at newsxpress seven hills when they're open at your lesurie.
