Our sliding door had a run-in with a pebble traveling at high velocity on Saturday evening. We called Shane's Glass and Trent was at our front door 20 minutes later. We couldn't be happier with the service: Trent was friendly and very efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the replacement cost was, considering it was an emergency call-out. Highly recommended.

I got off the phone with the insurance company late morning and by lunchtime I had an appt. for that afternoon. A glazier showed up an hour later on time and was polite, professional and did a quality job. He also completed some extra work for a reasonable price. He was a genuine, nice young bloke, well done Shane's (and thank you Shaun! ;-) )
