Tom is rude and extremely unprofessional. We needed to temporarily cancel but we were met with several bizzare rude and unprofessional comments. His response was that he hopes the other company do a bad job so we end up with cockroaches. Very strange... glad we didn't go ahead. Do your research, there are many similar reviews. Pay a bit more and get a better job with a pest controller that is sane.

Got their service done at my apartment and within a week all cockroaches just magically disappeared . Tom took good one hour to patiently work in all the nooks and corners of the house especially the breeding zones. I usually take the effort of leaving a review when I am super impressed and this made me do so. So please go ahead and avail Genuine pest control service and relax to see the magic done.

Tom did really a great job and I would say he was really good in killing the bed bugs and he was so friendly and explained how to be aware of bedbugs and he charges really reasonable price

Worst experience ever...we had a cockroach spray on last weekend. The guy told that it would be fine till next 6 months but the amount of cockroaches are still worst. And the horrible part is that getting no reply even after sending the video clip of cockroaches. Wasted my $100. Please don’t waste yours!

Tom was able to offer an appointment that suited. The pest control treatment service was done professionally. He was on time, respectful and delivered more than expected. He certainly deserves to have the yearly or six-monthly contract for delivering all your pest control treatments at a reasonable cost. Tom did a surprisingly good job with such an affordable price. He not only explained how the bed bugs infested, but he also explained what I should do to prevent it. He was very knowledgeable, and that's important for me. He sprayed the bed, looked through stuff and sprayed places where it's likely to hide. He even sprayed my entire unit. I did what you've said and wash all my stuff in the dryer and sealed it in the bag. I am using essential oils lavender and using night lights now. Thanks for those fantastic tips.

Don’t trust this company.They charge more than others. Promise a 6months guarantee and never stick to it. When you request the guarantee treatment they tell you should have done second treatment after 4weeks ($90) as you never been told about before and they refuse to do the treatment under guarantee given.The guy named Tom is a fraud and lierLook out!

Worst pest control. At the time of pest control , person named as Tom says that all cockroach will be killed. But, after one month, when we observed that still cockroaches are there, He is saying that, you need to do Pest Control again and pay me twice. We wasted our money on this Pest Control. It is completely wast of money. He charged 90 dollar and still cockroaches are there in our unit.
