What I didnt like at the beginning.. in the tennancy agreement there was a clause incase the rent went down. The agent just laughed and said, it never goes down

Finding the RIGHT buyer at a reasonable price for my property required patience and tenacity to be shown by the agent. Other agents projected aghast sale but at a significantly lower price than was fair and reasonable. As an older seller I was unable to complete the market preferred" live-there-now-with-no-effort presentation. Lilian and Andrew were optimistic

The worst property agents I have ever dealt with. I booked a private inspection with them on 02/06/2023 at 4:30pm in the Gosford area. I arrived promptly at the designated entrance waiting more than 20 minutes for Lilian, the agent.Not only did she fail to show up but she had the audacity to make excuses and blame me for not being able to inspect the unit when I inquired on why she failed to be present. She showed zero integrity and blatantly lied to me which I found astonishing. When I questioned her conflicting information, she displayed extreme arrogance and hostility towards me which indicated a lack of professionalism on her end.Never do business with people that are highly defensive and maliciously deceiving, which is clearly shown in Lilian's replies to these reviews. She is a huge time waster. A simple solution for Lilian would have been to admit to her mistake and be accommodating since her office is within walking distance from the property. However, it is clear that Lilian does not favour potential tenants nor does she take her business seriously despite her claims of being proud" of it."
