Walter was fantastic and did such a professional job for us. The split systems he installed look great and he went out his way to make sure the piping is invisible inside the house, and barely noticeable outside home.

We brought Walter and the team from iCool in to help put together a plan build our Micro-bakery and cool room. Just starting out we had a budget to stick too and time frame to get us going. Walter is strait up, no nonsense approach saved us time and money in the longer term. Once gear arrived, the main room and cool room went up really fast. In fact from start build to finish over night for main room and cool room separately.We later required a freezer delivery option for some of our frozen products. Walter organised a trailer freezer set up with 12v inverter powered option which was a fraction of the cost of a refrigerated vehicle and works really well. Will recommend these guys and will be getting them in again for more work in the future.

Fastest turn around I've experienced with a tradesman. Friendly and efficient will definitely call again.

Had an air conditioner that was leaking. Guy came out promptly, 'fixed' it and left. I messaged him to say it's still leaking and he came out and said he needs to see it leaking. So arranged again for him to come out a few times and he has never come back. This was in December.... We still have a leaking air con and paid him to do nothing. Certainly won't be using him again

No job too big or small. Would highly recommend Walter to anybody. Prompt service, vast knowledge and premium customer service. Wouldn't have anyone else look after all of our refrigeration and air conditioning units.
