Australia post itself is a sham, but this store isn’t helping. They scam you with passport photos by insisting that there’s something wrong with ones taken elsewhere, and they’re overall not the nicest. And they’re slow!Shut the place down and redirect all parcels to the friendlier fellows at Chadstone Post Office.

Not interested in hearing about pass ports there are rules .For me these people are great. helpful and suportative . I have had all kinds of mail issues, re directs while away etc. and they have been fabulous, Its Australia Post that are pathetic . When I come in to get a package that should have been delivered [often] they sort out the IT. side and look outside into the store room , even looking into a van once to search for the item. Just now they rang me to say again that a package had been returned by an honest person to whom the fools at Aust Post had delivered it by error . I'd say thats service they could simply have left it for me to come back who knows when

Pathetic, non existent customer service. The phone number goes nowhere and you cannot speak to anyone. Hope one day we get a professional postal service in Australia. I am so grateful for options with DHL and other providers who understand customer service.
