Simple process from start to finish!My car was drivable with minor repairs needed , so I didn’t need to leave my car at the panel beater. Once the parts were received , I dropped the car off in the morning and collected just after midday on the save day !Brilliant!

I was sent updates as to the stage my car was at for repairs and l was lucky enough to be given a loan car for the time it took to repair my car. A very positive experience in dealing with DSI. Good customer service comes from attention to detail & fussing the little things. From well explained quoting, to willingly accepting my request for repair timing, to timely communications on work status, to returning a nicely cleaned car, to even leaving a bag of lollies in the car - these guys have got the right focus.

There is always a first time for everything, I accidentally backed into someone avoiding another accident but getting my car fixed was hassle free with DSI Panels Blackburn & Budget Direct. Fixed up my rear bumper, gave the whole car a good clean inside and out, even replaced the rear brake light globe.The only issue I have is the panel polishing, where the painted panels transition to plastic, there are a number of burn marks on the plastic where someone has been a little too rough and hasty. Also the amount of small white dots of polishing compound that has flicked off and stuck on the panels is quite noticeable, however I'm sure these will pop off the next time I wash it.I appreciated the packet of lollies I got to snack on as I hadn't had breakfast, thanks team.

The front bumper bar hit kangaroo at 100km/h in the country. The impact even twisted the radiator, let alone the bonnet. Long story short, I waited over four months because the parts are all imported from Japan. DSI proved that are capable of handling the challenge. I am particularly impressed with the colour and shine matching. The duration of repairing process was also predicted well. I am giving my biggest thanks to the DSI team and would recommend DSI to whoever encountered the similar situation.
