We bought the Windsor bed frame and I’m very disappointed with the quality. Not only we had to wait more than 6weeks for it to be delivered after we were supposed to receive it within 2 weeks . When it showed up the quality of timber is really low with untidy fabric work and a tare. With almost as many pieces as an Ikea furniture to assemble.

I knew as soon as I walked into the store, I had made the right decision. Having been caught out with an online purchase from another company, I was greeted with professional staff, who on a Sunday afternoon found me a beautiful bed frame and amazing mattress that could be delivered and installed in 48 hours. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks too for the seamless delivery, and the friendly install team, who also removed all the packaging. Many many thanks.

I'm a first time mattress buyer and the team was really helpful. My partner and I were shown some mattresses by Brad that were in our budget but still amazingly comfortable. We were both blown away by Brad's customer service and he made the whole mattress choosing process really simple. I would recommend snooze Windsor especially if you are a first time mattress buyer. Outstanding customer service from all of the team members.

Can’t speak highly enough of the service I received. Great deal on 3 of the same bed for growing kids. Quick invoicing, same day reconciliation and acknowledgement of bank transfer. Flexible delivery times given and contact from warehouse staff super polite. The young guys who delivered were respectful and couldn’t do enough in terms of getting the beds upstairs. All in all, a cracking experience.

I purchased a bed, mattress and tallboy recently. These required some assembly. I got a great price, the service was excellent - the salesmen spent a lot of time going through the options, and the delivery guys did a great job assembling the furniture. I would use this store again based on my recent experience.
