About 2 years ago I approached DPS for a particular advertised job (factory hand) and quickly got an interview by Mark. The role was physically demanding but I was pretty keen on it anyway. After a candid discussion with Mark over the role and their clients' expectations. I ended up reluctantly deciding against the job but not empty handed. Mark provided valuable advice that I would 2 years later appreciate massively.2 years later and after working hard at getting fit, I get word that role is available again and immediately apply, I had the pleasure of meeting Bryce. All the documents/entire interview process with DPS and their client was handled quickly and professionally by Bryce even with some hiccups on my end.Within shy of 2 weeks I was employed and working full time. Marks support and my efforts paid off as the first two months was a challenging acclimatization that I managed to overcome after several years of being without paid employment/struggling to find full time work and without motivation to get fit.DPS's penchant for organization and paying on time every time with pay slips emailed immediately with no issues and Bryce catching up with me to see how I was going and helping out with advice meant zero stress for me while at work.December I leave for a new role with a new employer for the new year, but I will not forget what DPS and their client has done for me, a hell of a lot more confident in my abilities and a desire to continue working on my fitness.Don't waste your time with other employment agencies, give DPS a go, see what they have an offer, and if you get an interview, take their advice onboard regardless if you're successful or not in progressing to the next stages.It may just pay off in the future as it did for me.Cheers!Paul
