I completed the Yogahari 350 Hour Teacher Training in 2022 and feel incredibly lucky to have found this course. Eleni is a wonderful, generous, authentic, passionate and compassionate teacher, and her course was comprehensive and personally fulfilling. I was looking for a detailed understanding of how to approach a wide range of asanas including adjustments and variations for beginners, pregnant or menstruating people, the anatomical theory behind these asanas, as well as an exploration of the history and philosophy of yoga – this course gave me these things and more! Eleni specifically delved into the tradition of non-dual classical tantra which I found fascinating and which has helped me to look at life, death, yoga, suffering and humanity in a new way. I also really appreciated the small size of the class as it allowed for a sense of safety and intimacy and enabled Eleni to tailor her teaching to our individual learning styles. Additionally, having come into the course with a small background in trauma yoga, I appreciated the in-depth discussions we had on the topic; I even found that my understanding of the field was gently challenged, helping me to expand my view. This course has helped me to grow not only my asana practice but to also discover a curiosity and even enjoyment for pranayama and meditation, practices with which I have previously struggled. If you are looking for a yearlong group transformative experience through compassion, meditation, pranayama and asana practice, then this course is for you!!

I have just completed Elenis year long training in dynamic Hatha yoga and cannot recommend more highly. I've been a practising teacher for many years through another discipline and was wanting to extend my knowledge of postures and tantric philosophy. Eleni shines as teacher of teachers, she has a rich background of Iyengar precision of how to break down and support every type of body. This allowed all the levels of physical ability within our group feel well supported to work within their range. She is a true practitioner of yoga her obvious passion for the history and capacity of yoga comes through all of her sessions. Working with a small group was also so nourishing and allowed us all to have space to go deeply into our practice. A teacher without massive ego can be a rare thing in the yoga world, such a gift to learn from her. if you have been wanting to head into becoming a yoga teacher this is a brilliant course to delve into.

But more than that, she teaches through the lens of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra (a 1,500 year old spiritual and philosophical tradition) which takes the practice to another level and reveals yoga's true purpose.
