The ladies at Second Story Salon are incredible in every single way. The salon is always full of laughter and joy, the way that they support each other to ensure they are producing the best outcome for clients is phenomenal. They are honest and realistic. This salon is one of a kind and I can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely love experience. I saw Adelaide, and she was so patient and did an amazing job on blow wave with curls for a wedding event. I got several compliments, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The salon vibe was also friendly and warm.

Francine gave me the best curly hair cut that I've had in 58 years. I drove 2 and half hours to see her, as Second Story Salon is the closest salon around with a hairdresser that is trained in the curly girl method. I was a bit nervous driving there not knowing what to expect, and wondering if once again I would come away from a salon dissapointed. But it was well worth the drive to have my haircut done by such a lovely and competent curly hair specialist.

Trish is an amazing hairdresser. She is an incredible cutter. My thick curly mop misses her! No-one else understands curly hair like Trish. The second story experience is like none other. The energy, the vibe, the decor. GAHHH! Trishy you are one in a million!

I was booked in with a new stylist today, and she absolutely TRANSFORMED my hair I am so in love with it I could cry! The environment was also so kind and welcoming I had a laugh and a great chat and will definitely be coming to second story for all my future hair needs! Thankyou so much xx

Terrible haircut. I paid for a 45 minute service which took 10 minutes. Barely any hair was cut and the hairdresser seemed totally disinterested. Didn’t bother asking me what I wanted. I would never go back there. Worst customer service.

I've been coming here for a couple years now, and it's a great experience every single time. I particularly love the form they send prior to each appointment, which allows you to share photos and comments of your vision for your hair, and select how much conversation you'd like to have - gamechanger for someone like me who gets a bit anxious at the hairdressers! Staff are always lovely, and I've always been happy with my cuts and styling. Highly recommend!
