Never answer their phone. I've seen shops flat out and still answer there phones after a call or 2. Maybe they were super super busy, didn't even have time to cut our subs in half

Very clean, great environment, very open with the big glass panes and glass doors.Staff members were great especially Beatrice, who was very polite and very professional

Fast friendly service, but I was wondering about COVID precautions. On the one hand, Caloundra Subway has not allowed customers to eat in store 'because of COVID, on the other hand, they put the bread out where every person standing in line can breath and cough over them. Makes me think that not allowing in store dining is just using COVID as an excuse for lazyness (not having to clean the tables regularly).

The girl who looks like she should be a model for YSL, I'm pretty sure summoned my wrap. In about 4.3 seconds it went from a piece of flat bread to a full wrap in a bag at the counter. Girls got jujitsu hands.

Empty when we walked in. Made me a lovely sandwich. But couldn't help notice how messy the food trays and area around cutting boards was.
