Being far from a tyre expert or someone who has must interest in tyres, I went online and purchased entry level tyres. Upon these being unavailable, they were subsidised with some others. Kimberley took the time on the phone to explain to me all about tyres, the wear and tear, how to get the most out of my tyres, what to do to look after them- Kimberley is incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and kind. I sat in the office and waited whilst my tyres were fitted and she is a true asset to the team. Thankyou for sharing your knowledge Kimberley and giving such great customer service.

I went to this place asked them i have power steering oil leaking in my car. They agreed to fix the problem but they need to fix the engine oil leak first. I accepted total cost more than 500 high pressure hose replacement. I paid the money they assured me they tested and fixed the steering oil leak problem. Few days later i went back to them complaining why its leaking again. The lady at reception said asked me to leave the car they will take care of it. I previously mentioned there was a u shape hose where the oil come from. They later on fixed the u shape hose. When i went back to them to pick up my car they insisted me to pay again.I felt like i was ripped off. If i have to pay again why they charged me more than 500 and promised me to fix the steering oil leak??

Can't rate high enough. I got stuck in Goulburn with my 5 month old baby. Despite being busy Tony couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. It made a bad situation easy to cope with. We need more people and companies like this. A very big thank you.

My coach threw a belt on a very hot day so there was no a/c on the way back to Newcastle from Canberra with a school group. Got me up and running again in less than 1hr.Thanks guys

I was towed into Tyre right on a Friday afternoon with a mechanical problem with my caravan, Matt and the team could not of done enough for us. They repaired my caravan in under two hours and we were on our way.Thanks Matt and the Team, really appreciate your help
