Supercheap Auto Taylors Beach

Yesterday I bought a car radio from Taylor’s Beach store. The guy there was great with explaining to me how to install it. Well I didn’t waste anytime installing it and it works marvellously well. Hats off to Taylor’s Beach guy. I am rather proud of myself considering I’m a 65 year old widow who hasn’t had a lot to do with the workings of cars and their appliances. First time for everything!! I rate Supercheap highly 10/10.

Terrible managers great staff. Staff made a mistake and ordered the wrong part, when I rang up to complain the gutless manager wouldn't talk directly to me but only through staff member who was forced to tell me that they couldn't order the correct replacement part over the phone that I would either have to drive up (30mins each way for a $16 part) to order a replacement one or order a new one online and they would reimburse me when it turned up... not to mention the rude response from the manager when I asked where my order was after being told by staff it would be 2 to 3 days. He said they never say that (which was contradicted by a different staff member when I mentioned the managers comment)..
