Having a spot to grab food and drinks on a snow covered mountain is amazing. Staff are friendly. Coffee was good. Downfall was definitely the huge amount of rubbish scattered around the outside of the building.

Decent spot to stop for lunch . When we’re here last (Apr 2021) there was nachos laksa pies chips burgers and chicken wings on offer. Soup of the day was minestrone which was more like a cheesy stew than soup. Decent place for Summer and Winter. Accessible via the new Merrits Gondola which is enclosed and easy to ride even if you’re not skiing /boarding / bike riding

Lovely cosy place after a long and cold trip of chair lift. Loved food and its portions. Yummy pies and sausage rolls. Lpved coffee and hot chocolate too. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Nice clean toilets.

This restaurant feels like a mountain cabin that we have seen in many movies. You can get dry and warm there and the hot chocolate it's a great call to help you to get ready for the next slopes.Food is ok, the highlight for us was the sweet potato fries, it's a must try!

Fantastic day up the mountain with a great view of the Snowy Mountains. Saturday's they have the DJ music happening in front of the Corona bar with lots of atmosphere and entertainment.

Merritts GondolaWow a real hit, so comfortable to be out of the elements and warm. The 8 person gondola with external ski rack was installed in 2020 and replaces the classic 2-seater chair lift that takes you from Thredbo Village Terminal to Merritts. I congratulated them on the day, for a great job of controlling entry and assigning tables, really well done guys. It was a longish wait to get in, but totally understandable, it’s usually a long wait during any season to get a table, this time it was orderly. Minestrone soup & Gluehwein filled the spot, not to mention hot chocolate. Lovely place, friendly staff. Food was prepared quickly despite being quite busy when we visited. Perfect place for lunch while out on the bikes for the day. I got the brisket burger with chips.

Had a fun experience here! The weather was perfect & the ski lift to the top was totally relaxing watching the beautiful scenery roll by. Everything you need for a great day on the slope. Cafe style food & amenities available at the top.

Great atmosphere, great people. Great spot to take a rest and grab a drink or a bite to eat before heading back up to the top. Even the non skiers/boarders can join the vibe by riding the gondola up.
