Millers Revesby

Bought some clothes for my 95 year old mother in aged care. She could not get to the store due to her mobility problems. Yes the clothes were on sale however we only wanted to exchange for the next size up and purchased them only 3 days before.We were told they will not accept the exchange.If find this totally disgusting service and will make certain others here of it.

Cheap clothes, cheaper service!I am subtracting a star for each time I was hung up on, plus another for the total time that was waited today.If you are planning on calling please expect this “MillersRevesbypleasehold!!!!” And then you will enjoy the staff conversations for 15 minutes until they hang up on you.Then you will try and again and it will be “Millerspleaseho-“!!!! And then you will listen to another 10 minute conversation until you are hung up on.Finally if you call back after 4, they will politely answer and then hang up on you advising to call between 10-4.It’s Christmas Eve, so I’m sure they’re busy, but answering a customer politely doesn’t have to be a 10 minute exercise. A pen and paper and callback would be enough. Customers in store should understand.Store staff, please use this as constructive feedback.

A good place to shop in the Millers half up-to-a-point. The Rivers half leaves a lot to be desired. Not good bargains at all. In my group we weren't impressed that we couldn't buy tops and dresses together in the sale, tops and dresses were separate. You couldn't buy a dress and top together. Therefore we didn't make a purchase with the Rivers half of the shop. We left THEM not impressed, found them very mean with the sale. We shan't bother with Rivers again, no stars go to Rivers they are for Millers.

Rivers & Millers in one giant shop? Bargains? Heaps of variety? Go here...

Just exchanging items for bigger sizes but excellent service.

Waited in the que for 45 minutes to pay for one item. Lady at the counter had no idea how to do her job. Kept leaving the desk to check the prices of every item. Lots of customers threw the clothes and walked out. One particular customer went to the desk and gave the ticket and correct money $20 so she didn’t have to wait. Worst serviceLady at the desk kept saying she’s not from this store she used to a smaller store half the size. No compassion for us waiting while she checks every item. Needs to be sacked!

Almost everything is on sale at Millers today. Revesby branch has some lovely helpful staff. I took my teen daughter there and she was pleased to find a wardrobe worth of clothes she felt stylish in for about $200 including trousers, shirts, jumpers, nightwear and jewelry plus a wrist watch. I bought a leopard skin trench coat and gloves. All up around $300 with $25 in vouchers for our next shop. Many items were discounted but her choices included full price jumper and top as was my trench coat. We felt we received very good value for money as the items wash easily and are wearing well. I practically live in the trenchcoat. She wears the clothes every day and no demands for more. Good range of sizes, and end of season items really drop in price. My son bought one of the jumpers and some track pants ($15 on sale).

We waited 15mins for someone to assist us at the counter. Finally when we go served the old lady behind the counter was extremely rude and unaccomadating. Will not be going there again!
