Recently bought a few watches from them, the staff are always hospitable. They have a large selection of watches ranging from $100 to about $3000.

I had a lovely experience shopping today at this store. All the staff were friendly, particularly the young lady with long black hair, who helped me pick out earrings. Customer service 10/10. Highly recommended!

Today I took 2 of my intellectually disabled young women clients into your store. The store was empty and I asked the lady if she would be able to let my clients try on the 2 necklaces that they had been admiring through the window. I wanted to take a photo of each of my clients for them to see how nice the necklaces looked on them. This young girl was sooooo lovely and accommodating even though IMMEDIATELY as we began to try on the necklaces ($250 & $2,500) other customers came running into the shop. The customer after us was also VERY pleasant towards my clients. They tried on this jewlery, had their pics taken, took off the jewlery, left the store and started asking me for copies of their pics. They were so happy. They will never get jewlery like this. But they felt like princesses for a moment. Thank you, thank you Angus & Cootes for such lovely staff

Went into this store for the first time and was greeted very warmly. I gave the ladies my budget and they helped me pick out a beautiful set of earrings. Their hospitality alone will bring me back to this store for any future jewellery purchases.

I walked into the store with limited knowledge of jewellery and was greeted by Fabiana who was lovely. She asked questions and gave solid advice on what I wanted to purchase for my mum as a birthday present.After that, I checked out other stores however none came close to the customer service and overall experience I received by Fabiana.
