Florence Pharmacy has an exceptionally speedy home delivery service - because its owner Mark Aboud is a registered race driver, who makes the deliveries in his former Bathurst 1000 entry Ford Fockus Cosworth Brands Hatch GTHO, dressed in full race gear including helmet & fireproof suit....the only catch is that to receive the top of the line Le Mans delivery time of 2 mins 30 secs to anywhere in the Hornsby area, you have to agree that you will pay his speeding fine and/or bail should he be caught in a police radar trap.......OR you can have it delivered within the next 10 minutes for a nominal fee.So if that headache/running nose/haemoroids are driving you crazy, and you need some aspirin/codral/???? right now, call Florence's resident GP pharmacist for a VERY speedy delivery.......

Stay away. Dangerous staff who think they know better than the customer with the allergy who's had it for 40 years.Smirked at my request for lactose free which sends me into 8 hours of vomiting after 4 days of pills with lactose. Then body cramps, breathing difficulty and difficulty for the next two weeks. His response was to ask me if I had ever taken a pill before, at all. Believed that because I had taken a Panadol for a headache lactose in pills wasn't an issue but was completely ignorant that at low doses it takes several days for me to build up a reaction.The last pharmacist that gave me pills with lactose stuffed me the day before my engagement party.After asking to speak to the manager (which he claimed to be) another staff member told me where his name was on the board and suggested I complained to the regulator etc. Said that I would and the pharmacist ran at me and had to be physically restrained by his staff.Stay away.

After walking around visiting pharmacies to fill my and coming away disappointed and frustrated. Then saw Florence Street Pharmacy ! Walked in and gingerly handed over my script expecting another out of stock result, but no - smiles all round ! Excellent friendly service today !

Florence Pharmacy is my chemist of choice. They handle my very sensitive medicines for Schizophrenia, as well as all the other stuff an unwell person needs. I simply phone through an order and they are delivered the same day. My Doctor faxes Florence Pharmacy and they deliver. So no need to get out on a rainy day - it is all done for me. They are excellent and prompt.

Florence pharmacy definitely deserves more than 5 stars. My grandmother needed some antibiotics and we could not get to any pharmacy at that point, Josh was kind enough to deliver this to her house and made sure that my nan was okay. This kind act gave her her hope for recovery. No matter what the request they always cater to every single need. The whole team always go above and beyond, from there attention to detail, friendly and accomodating customer service, product knowledge and care factor ... it’s just an overall amazing experience every time. I can not praise the amazing work of the Florence pharmacy staff enough and the wonderful pharmacists leading the team, Mark, Josh and Raf!

Went to pharmacy today to purchase tablets (kinson)Staff member wanted to charge me full price. When I mentioned shoul be PBS as my husband is on pension she abruptly changed it. First and last time I will ever go there.Appalling customer service

Excellent customer service from all staff, pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. a real people focused pharmacy which is rare to find these days with all the large budget chemists.

Friendly and personal service. Always get my script within 5 minutes, rather than waiting for 30mins with a buzzer at the bigger chemist. Also feels more personalised, I don't feel like another number.

My first time to shop here to support local business(Normally will shop at chemist warehouse).Staff are polite, greetings. Unfortunately, the medicine price is Ridiculous expensive. Same product I bought from Pharmacy4less is $7.99, and I bought from this shop is $10.95 EA. How big the gap, near 40% high? I bought it from here as I did not ask price until they passed this one to me at checkout which already had my name info label on it. This is my first time but definitely last time to buy here. If you want to buy something you’d better consider it.
