I was served by a knowledgeable employee who made my experience at Soul Pattinson worthwhile. With her friendly customer service and product explanation, it is now definite that I will be visiting again for my future needs. Thank you Ursula!

I don't normally go here, but I found the chemist fast, friendly and surprisingly low cost. My medicine was the same price as at the discount chemist chain I normally visit. The pharmacist also took the time to make sure that I understood the side effects from the medicine and what foods to avoid. Honestly after visiting the big chains for such a long time, it was refreshing to see what a chemist should do....and all for the same money. Makes you think.

No service on the floor, 2 people in dispenery simply looked and turned away. Behind cash register 2 girls having a lovely chat .SOUL PATTERSON CROWS NEST... THANKS FOR NOTHING. Wish I could give minus 1 star !!

No service from giggling staff at front counter playing on the computer. Of the two (pharmasists ?) on duty, one looked at us and turned their back... the stock in the store was very minimal and hard to find... hence no customer service! Super bad experience! Won't ever go back!

I worked for this company for a few years... dont get me wrong the most are the most professional and friendly. I loved this job more than anything... however one bad egg... rude, horrible narsasisic... drove me into two mental break downs... i tried to ask for help, however they were to scared to stand up. nothing. The fear has stayed with me and im still unable to work. Lucky I didnt sue HER... she knows who she is

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but when I came for the repeat of my varenicline (aka champix to help quit smoking) prescription and they could not find the script I had left with them, I got extremely disappointed. Cherry on the cake, the person I discussed the matter with told me that the medication was no longer available and then after checking that it would not be available until a few week. The person who initially served me was not working that day. I have been told she would be calling me, and never heard of her later….Lucky the medical centre could issue a new script for me and a competitor pharmacist had it on stock.Needless to say, with all the other pharmacists around, I will never enter that shop ever (unless it changes ownership).Wish there would be the 0 star option.

Extremely disappointed. Placed an online delivery order and received 3 out of 8 items. No proactive contact from the store. When I called they seemed upset that I had inconvenienced them by calling. It is deplorable to accept a $90 order knowing that most items are out of stock and make no effort to contact the customer. Do better.

Absolutely terrible. Unhelpful staff and wanted to charge for a pharmacist's signature for a declaration. Went to Chemist Warehouse across the road and they were super helpful and happily signed the document.

Usually good service here.But today I was charged $5 for a pharmacist to verify my document. Never been charged anywhere else. Don’t come here for this service.
