Bought bowls and bag in January this year. Bag is now broken despite sitting in the cupboard for 5 months due to COVID. Contacted them and received reply from Jessica, who stated that warranty is only 6 months. This product is shattered inside. Sent photos and asked for refund or new bag. Jessica declined this request. Nowhere is there information about warranties. Australian Consumer Law says products must be durable and fit for purpose. I told her that and sent photos but she declined my request. Very unimpressed with her customer service. The man I dealt with via phone initially was helpful when making purchase in January. Very disappointed.

I did some research on the bowling arm and found that Bowls 2 U was the best price going around and I spoke to the lady and done the deal good price friendly service will be back
