Rang last week to book a service. Was told they would ring me back. They didn't.Rang again this week and was told the same thing. They haven't rang back again. What a joke.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.We made an appointment to test drive a A250 and took a Saturday morning drive to Newcastle MB. We met with Phillip and I have to say the entire time we sat in front of him at his desk he was looking at everyone else that came into the Showroom. We told him the exact car and colour we were interested in. We enquired about MB finance and trade valuations. We received a quote a few days later. Unsurprisingly it wasn't for the car we were interested in and not even the right colour. Maybe he should've paid more attention to the buyers in front of him. When he eventually got the correct quote through we said thankyou and could he please have their Finance person send through some options. That was around a month ago now. Haven't heard a thing from their Finance person or even a follow up from Phillip. We will now be looking at the Audi & BMW equivalent.

Very happy with their customer service i booked my car in early January G63 even Mercedes put the prices up in March they kept my same contract A1 service By Jonathan Lim i highally recommend him if any one looking for new purchase please contact him he is the guy with best customer service 10/10 keep up the good work

This is the only place I buy my new Benz’s. I picked up this bad boy for my daughter a couple weeks back and dealt with Gerry the sales manager.This is my 5th Benz and I love the experience and feeling of driving a new benz.Great dealership and great people. Highly recommended.

Very poor service. At a service they identified a leak at the engine, but did not have time to provide any more information. That required an additional return of the vehicle for a few days. Not sure why if they found a leak, they could not identify what the issue was. As the service was so vague, I took the vehicle to Sydney to have the vehicle and the service completed at Newcastle checked by a dealer that actually provides service.After picking up the vehicle, a notice came up of the screen that a B1 service was due. But I just had a major service. Artarmon identified it as a software upgrade was required, which they did. So why was that not done at the service at Newcastle?I received from Mercedes a recall notice that the car jack had to be replaced. This was not done by Newcastle at the service as part of the warranty claim. Artarmon replaced the jack as part of the service that they provide.I asked for the mechanics to check for a minor clunk sound at the back suspension. They could not find. Artarmon had no problem and fixed.When comparing the service at Newcastle and Artarmon, it is completely different. At Artarmon they have guys that know cars and follow through and phone when they fond something or ask if I wanted to proceed with something. They are informative and friendly. The vehicle is returned with all issues attended to. They have the attitude of helping the customer and keeping them informed. The people in the service department at Newcastle would have an issue with transitioning into a position at Artarmon as the attitude is one of this is what we offer"."

We didn't plan on going to the Newcastle dealership to buy our new car, but we are so glad we did! These guys had the perfect car for us and made sure the whole process, from our first telephone enquiry through to our collecting the car, was smooth and seamless.Special thank you to Phil and Chris for assisting us with the purchase. Both have great customer service skills and are just friendly, down to earth guys. They kept us informed of where things were up to and we never felt like we had to chase them for an update.Phil went the extra mile to arrange tinting and a few other things for us before we collected the car. Chris was very efficient and knowledgeable with arranging our finance.See you guys when we are ready for an upgrade!

I was told 1 hour for a servicing and was suppose to wait. Which I did after two hours When I went to check, I was told after waiting for 15 mins that they were having morning tea! Obviously their sorry meant nothing. Will be going back to Chatswood where I have bought my last three cars.
