pretty friendly, good with tax, and they they take fee out of your refund. i found that very convenient. i got my refund in 2 weeks as they say in their ad. this will be my third year with them.

Unfortunately not the service it used to be. I was a client for about 5 years. The accountant I always saw left and I was booked in with a new staff member who was rude and unprofessional.

I will always use this this service. They have always protected me from the tax man. Honest and very helpful and tell you what you can and can't claim for. Ive been with them 10 yrs now and have appointed friends and family to them and their results have been as satisfying as mine. Thank you to Harry the taxguru. Awesome.
