Love to be able to say otherwise - as I appreciate a few of the people we’ve been able to work with - but overall the experience was quite disappointing. Poor communication, long delays and contract breaches aren’t what we had in mind. Supervisors and dodgy trades leaving meant added delays and lack of good comms. Getting hit with a variation 6 months after it was completed isn’t ideal either (and goes against contract) I know the TOOWOOMBA franchise can do better than this. Here’s to a better year for them this year.

Well, looks at their display home and the workmanship was terrible. Water leaking from the gutters and it hasn't rained in weeks. Pieces of the rendering was falling off, the house just looked like it was rushed so I can only imagine what their customers houses look like. Also the rep at the display house was a total tool. Reminded me of a dodgy used car salesman. Wouldn't build with them.

Nick is so easy to deal with. Helpful, attentive, and goes above and beyond to help his clients. Highly recommend working with him.

We have been in our house now for approximately 6 months and we love it.It was completed ahead of time, on budget and Megan, Patrick, Deb and Brendan were great to deal with.I would highly recommend Stroud Toowoomba to anyone wishing to build.

BE VERY WARY OF THIS BUILDER. Received a quote which did not meet our expectation so went with another builder (Arden Vale Brlliant!). Stroud then proceeded to try and take legal action against us for $70K basically because we had used another builder. (Waited until our settlement date) Bad enough that they tried and failed the first time (No legal grounds as we used our builders plans and designs) then attempted again with another Legal firm! Needless to say both fell through as they had no case. however caused undue stress and anxiety while it was sorted. I would not recommend even asking for a quotation.No “design” was ever used the emails from both attorney clearly showed this and that you had no viable case. unfortunately honesty is not this builders greatest quality. You can not own a stone lookI questioned on both occasions as per legal advice the legitimacy of your claims. It’s obvious that as no legal action eventuates you had no case

Fantastic people to deal with! Built our house 6 years ago and they were just around to fix up settlement cracks and change some tiles. Couldn't be happier. Nice quality on the building, quality stone bench tops and taps. Have been a wonderful home to live in. Thank you Pat for taking us on!

Starting your home-owner journey can be so much fun!From the moment of walking into Stroud Homes Toowoomba's Display, we felt being very welcome and taken care of.Claire, one of their amazing Sales Specialists, gave us a tour and then an overview of available house sizes and designs plus plenty of information to take home.The Standard inclusions are already amazing and also heaps of upgrades are available for all area's inside and outside the house- whether you just want a different colours for door handles or built an entire resort-style Pool area in your yard- they really listen to your needs and wants and then supply creative and smart solutions- and make them work!Also they've never missed returning a call or to answer any question that is coming up as well as keeping their customers up to date during all stages of the journey!We'd give more than 5 Stars if we could and can only highly recommend Stroud Homes Toowoomba and the entire Team around Megan and Patrick!
