Last time i was about to drop my car here to repair when it comes out of symbol check engine and the car is heating on my way back to my place it was about 7 hours, and i was so thankful to them who's help me to resolve the problem of heating engine and they don't even charge me to fix it on that day. i was so glad and thanks God cause me and my daughter was safe arrived to my place during the 7hours drive without any issue,.and i wanna say thank you again to Myers Street Auto Repairs God Bless you!!!!.

Worst people to deal with, horrible customer service, completely back tracks on what they say they can provide for their potential customers. Their receptionist, Ally really needs educate herself on customer service and professionalism skills - swearing about her desk being disorganised was not my issue. She could definitely benefit from a time management and customer services course. I highly recommend steering clear of this mechanics, I will be taking this matter further.

They didn't give me any courtesy to tell me that they were going to need my bike for long to do a road worthy and when they carry out the road worthy it need a tyre witch was fine and told me it would be ready later that day called later that day at 5:30 and was told it wasn't going to ready until the next day.

An absolute nightmare to deal with from day one, complete and utter lack of professionalism, horrible communication and extremely poor attitude from their receptionist she swore at me over the phone in front of my children as she was angry her desk wasn’t organised as she lost our vital information in relation to our vehicle that needed repairs done, we were then advised this would be done that afternoon only to be told 3 days later it still has not been done, this is not a professional establishment and I could never recommend anyone use their service as you too will most likely get an absolute ear full from their receptionist the minute it doesn’t go her way.Every customer deserves better than this and should seek a far more experienced and polite mechanic in the Bendigo area

Great guys. standard service came in under the quote, plus replaced 3 bulbs I wasn't even aware were out (no charge) . Plus the shop dog is an adorable friendly monstrosity. :) 10/10 will go again.
