VERY RUDE STAFF - DON'T GO THERE0 Stars. I was told to go and f... myself after I complained that the phone wallet, which I bought 3 week ago, was already falling apart at the seams.

Product was not installed correctly and they refused to honor warranty screen protector had bubbles and cracked within hours after installation.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! They said once they repaired it it had a three month warranty, they didn’t replace the screen properly and huge line came right down the screen 2 days later, I took it back and they made me pay again to replace it then the next day the same thing happened the screen was faulty and big lines went across the screen. I went back and they refused to take responsibility. I went to 2 other phone shops and they said it was 100% this companies fault that when they replace the screen they are too rough and do it too quickly and are damaging inside. They are so rude and have no idea about customer service. I feel totally ripped off and they gave me a dodgy email address when I asked to contact the manager

Put screen protector on my new iPhone okay but no more iPad repairs here. It didn’t make sense the way he explained it. He was very disinterested. I had to talk him into me buying a case for my iPad - think he was just keen to go home for the day

Experienced a waste of money. The screen protector on my child's mobile phone had cracked and I wanted to have it replaced with a new ‘privacy screen’ protector. The shopkeeper initially said he could do it, but after replacing the screen he charged me money, saying that there was NO ‘privacy screen’ and only one type of normal screen. After the screen was put up, I paid the money as charged, but it was very uncomfortable. Not doing what you said you could do and then saying you can't do it afterwards and charging money for it is like a scam. We will never visit this shop again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!My phone has a glitch so I took it too Case King with hope they could fix it. The guy told me not a problem it's an easy fix give me $120 and I'll have a brand new screen on it and ready to go just give me 20 minutes so I said perfect not a problem and came back 20 minutes later, he had the phone ready to go when I came back and he said it should be perfect now nothing too worry about so I had a few swipes and it was all good, I got into my car and wanted to listen too some music so I went onto my phone but nothing, the screen wasn't working at all it would swipe or let me put my password in, nothing was working! But I had too go to work so I had ran out of time to do something about it! The following day at dinner I was telling everyone how I'd just got my screen 'fixed' but it already stopped working and is worse off then what it was when I gave it too them I was showing everyone that it doesn't work and I pressed ever so gently on the home button just explaining how it doesn't work and then the screen smashed and I was was thinking you've got too be joking me it's been less then 48 hours since I got this 'fixed' and it's already completed totalled! That's not right! I was fuming and still am!I went back into Case king today and told the exact same guy that 'fixed' my phone what had happened and he simply told me no you dropped it and I can't do anything about it, get out of my face I'm not talking to you anymore, the diss respect and complete lack of responsibility was appalling. I am now without a phone witch I have too use for work and general life! I am disgusted with the service that was shown and very upset they can just take $120 of mine and give me something worse off then what I gave too them. This is disgusting!

Complete ripoff service. Cost me $110 to replace my phone screen which, within 1 week then cracked all around the button due to faulty fitting. Returned to the shop to be met by professional excuse maker who would accept no responsibility whatsoever. Appalling.

Never Again- I brought a case, it broke 2 days later and I took it back. They took my name and number and never got back to me despite 3 more visits. No new case, nothing.

I replaced my iphone screen here. It was super quick and the staff was friendly. Thanks for quality service.
