Beautiful jewelry and store, I purchased 4 rings during a sale online and 2 of 4 don't fit. I came into store to ask about a resize and even offered to pay for that because it was my error buying sizes that didn't fit.They explained they wouldnt do the resize and told me to go to another jeweler as they don't cover resize or adjustments for sale / not quite right items.I travelled up from Geelong and was excited to visit in store for the first time and enjoy the experience. Left feeling super deflated and disappointed in the service.Edit / update: I won't be visiting in store or purchasing anything again after spending a considerable amount even on NQR items. It was the customer service which was insicnere and blunt along with response here that did it for me. I can handle the error on my part as I wrote in the original review - it's the feeling you leave people with that counts.

Went in here last week. Service was abominable. The rings are much cheaper quality than they are advertised online. Millie's team are incredibly condescending and rude. Left the worst taste in my mouth. Was happy to support a small business but won't be going there again. Don't buy here if you want to support a genuine person and her staff, they are all far from it. Worst jewellery shop ever!

Charming jewellery and AMAZING customer service. Bought a cute lil stacker ring but unfortunately a small piece had cracked off - Messaged their Support team and they were quick to respond and fixed it up/made a brand new one for me with no questions! Absolutely stunned with how friendly and responsive they were with this. Highly recommend not only for their gorgeous pieces, but knowing I can confidently get in touch if an issue comes up again. I had a custom ring made by Millie and it is so beautiful! Her Customer Experience Manager, Grace, was super responsive and helpful with any queries I had. The only thing I found was that I was not notified that it had been shipped to me, one day I just got a text from Aus Post saying that a package was arriving to my house that day. My overall experience was really positive and I look forward to purchasing another ring in the future! <3

Had a lovely experience shopping here over the weekend. I had been looking for a piece for a very long time, and was taken with a beautiful ring by Millie.Amazing customer service- and really cool space.

There is no denying the beauty of Millie’s rings which ultimately led to my disappointment when the rings i purchased took up to 12+ weeks to come. However i do understand that crafting these rings may take time to make but ultimately the lack of communication from Millie’s side is the real problem here. Surely if people are forking out a couple hundred for a ring you can give them the decency of an update after waiting weeks on end for a ring that isn’t arriving.

I visited the Millie Savage store to ask a question about the eyeball ring, ended up falling in love with a different piece (pink heart ring) & buying it in-person instead of online as I'd planned because the experience was just so lovely. I really liked how the jewellery was displayed, the level of customer service was super high, staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable and they even offered to re-size the piece in store for me & have me pick it up in a couple of hours. The decor & vibes are on point, but the experience is what matters most & I had an absolutely wonderful visit. I can't wait to come back for my next purchase!
