LOVE this place! my go to watch and jewellery repair store Worth travelling to Brookvale for!

Absolutely atrocious customer service!! Took my sons G Shock watch in for repairs only to be told to go home and read the instruction Manuel and fix it. Clearly if I was watch repair person, I wouldn't have wasted my time making the trip down to ask for assistance. Clearly didn't want business. Not to mention that when I got to the shop at 9.45am, it was unattended, walked around and the guy came back at 10.10am with a seriously unfriendly and bad attitude. This is one place I will NEVER go back to and this man should be no where near the public

Very disappointed. Wanted a watch open because we already had the battery. The man was very rude and refused service and went on a rant about having to pay high rent. Was completely surprised. I offered to pay to open the watch as I didn’t want to buy another battery but refused service. Found a very pleasant jeweller in the centre. Customer service skills lacking.

Rude, indifferent service to males. Different story for females.

I looked at a couple of watches here with my husband, as it was my birthday present. The guy was so rude and it seemed a real effort for him to let me try on two watches I liked. We could sense he was getting impatient, even though there was no other customers to be served. As we walked away my husband said “thank you” and I turned back to see him shaking his head in a *tsk tsk* manner. We ended up at DJ’s and had a wonderful experience with Maria and I got a beautiful watch. Avoid WM at all costs.

Rude owner and a terrible attitude. I went there to get two watch batteries replaced and I thought it must have been a joke he was so rude. When I questioned his price, he got aggressive and told me to just go somewhere else if I wanted it cheaper. As I was in a hurry, against my better judgement I left my watch with him. On my return he started to rant at me that I’d lost a screw and wanted to blame him. I had no idea what he was talking about and said to calm down, can’t you simply replace the missing screw? He said it was a rare screw - I asked if he could order one - he told me it would take weeks to find such a screw- I said forget it, it’s all too hard and there’s no need for the attitude. I left, went to High Time Watch Repair near Coles and the experience was amazing - she smiled, replaced the battery in both watches at a cheaper price and easily fitted a new screw at no cost.Don’t support rude customer service, go to Marge at High Time and support a friendly local business that wants your business.

Overpriced with rude service, as can be seen from other comments as well, not visiting again.
