After my silly mistake ordering something in Albany when I'm in Perth not only were you super quick to let me know but you immediately arranged to ship this to Perth for me. I ordered On Wednesday night and here it is delivered to me today, Friday. I will definitely visit next time I'm down your way - Thank you again.

Awesome service and price. I bought through the website and had an issue with the product (manufacturer issue and not Totally Sports & Surf's fault). They sorted out the issue quickly and provided great service. It's rare receiving such great service these days. Will definitely purchase again from here.

Website stated free shipping so I placed an order through only to receive a call saying shipping is more expensive than the order itself ($235). Now it will be 1.5 weeks til a refund is issued. Please fix the shipping bug and false information stated on your website.Interesting how in their reply to my review they claim they’ve done nothing wrong on their side, yet shipping was marked as free during checkout and they called me to inform me that their system was “set up in a rush” and it was a mistake on their behalf. Professionalism at its finest!
