In March this year we installed a shade sail for them over a pool they installed, they still owe us money and Chris no longer answers our calls. The job was $2000 and in May asked to go on a payment plan.. They have paid $500 and can't be the rest!!!!

I paid full amount as per invoice and they did some unfinished job in my property for a spa. It’s been almost a year and I am still chasing them.Can’t put blame on a single staff, entire management and accounts department are at fault.Wonder how people are allowed to run business like this.

I wonder where all this good reviews are coming from.. approached them with the government’s grand to fix our spa.. they asked us to pay more without even doing much.. it’s been almost an year now.. we ended with nothing done and our money down the drain.. when we asked to return the money we paid, they agreed initially but now not accepting our calls.. we got the work done by another bloke good quality.. but we are at a loss now.. shouldn’t have gone to them in the first place.. wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go through what we have gone through..

Viking made us a great pool with some customisations, which they went above and beyond to get right for us. The pool is awesome quality, looks fantastic and has the made the family so happy! Thanks guys!
