Aimee is the most helpful and caring person I could have ever asked for to go on this weight loss journey with me. I started this journey to lose weight around August 2020, fast forward to April 2021 I have now lost 10kg feeling happy, healthy and more confident. Throughout this whole time, Aimee gave me a great meal plan tailored to what I liked eating and balanced it with healthy foods well. The whole time it felt like I wasn’t even on a diet! Aimee is incredible at what she does and can cater to everyone, whether you are experiencing medical issues such as diabetes, or a teenager like me at high-school just looking to drop a few kilos. If you are unsure whether to start this journey, I recommend to just go for it because with Aimee, you are in good hands.
