Had them do a disonnect/make safe as well as quote on replacing 3 Air conditioners that were affected by the floods here, responded promptly and had tradesman out as soon as the roads were clear!

Very rude and unreliable.Rude receptionist on contact. Talking over me and very unhelpful.Did not leave a message when they called to ask to attend sight.Then was again rude when I asked to make a time.They made a time( that suited them )And did not turn up. Did not did call to let me know.After I called again they said they would turn up in 15 mins and again did not turn up as arranged.Very bad service highly not recommend.
