We engaged Nicole after positive feedback from a friend who had worked with Nicole on care arrangements for an aged family member. In our case, the transition is for a family member from family-supported personal care to externally provided personal care services. Nicole conducted a thorough and holistic assessment of the family member's situation, then generated a detailed report summarising these, outlining options and making recommendations for optimum care arrangements between private and government funded services. Nicole then took expedited contact with government funded services, acting as our advocate, eliminating the confusion regarding arrangement to initiate personal care. Nicole has been a valuable source of considered information and advice in this early phase of transitional care arrangements for a family member.

I learned so much from Nicole about how to help my father live comfortably at home. Nicole not only explained all about My Aged Care, she had so many other tips about what devices would be helpful around the home, from her experience of physio and home care. I feel reassured knowing what help is available. And we can buy the right equipment to support dad to remain independent and mobile. Nicole made me feel confident and at ease when my elderly and incapacitated mother was sent home from hospital . My Mum received a package through my aged care and i set about researching providers to help her in the home. There are so many! It was overwhelming.I spent ages researching providers online. I interviewed one company and it was a disaster. Then i found Nicole. She gave such sound advice, helping with what questions to ask the provider, and sent me a short list to research that had been specifically chosen to meet the needs of my mum. They were far better than the ones i had found online. The whole process was made so much easier having spoken with Nicole. She saved me a huge amount of time. She also highlighted other services Mum might be eligible for. I have interviewed one of her suggestions and we are signing up next week. Her service was fabulous! I would highly recommend using her.
