Mark is Very polite and friendly to reel you in, charges far too much for work that is well below standard to the point where your car goes back in, he blames it on some threes and he hits you again. This man has cost me many many thousands of dollars and takes months to complete the work meaning car is off the road forcing me to purchase another car to be able to work. He calls himself “the guru” yet sent my car to another mechanic shop to do repairs that he caused and couldn’t fix, thereby costing me even more money. This other mechanic gave his professional advice not knowing previous repairs were done by Mark saying whoever worked on my car should not be a mechanic.Mark insists on cash and easy to see why.Avoid this untrustworthy and dishonest man at all costs. If it wasn’t so costly to chase this guy through the legal channels I would, unfortunately the only power I have is to leave this feedback or take the law into my own hands.This parasite should not be able to operate.

had excellent experience with these guys, Mark knows everything there is to know about Volkswagens and I wouldn't go anywhere else for any service that I wanted to be safe and done properly by the most experience people in the business. all parts were ordered quickly and arrived in same day, and service completed quickly after the booking was done. I will definitely be returning for their amazing service
