Spot On Dog Grooming

Went in to ask for a quote on dog grooming costs for a a labrador was told they only did small dogs. Nowhere is this stated online, and pictures are clearly shown of larger dogs in advertisements. Should be clearer for prospective customers that they need to look elsewhere.

I had my two dogs booked in, there was a confusion of times by 30 mins (I admit it is my fault for not writing the times down). Sadly they will not let me rebook now. Just an idea to prevent this from happening again, I think there should be a reminder text sent prior to booking to confirm time etc.

My dogs first clip with Spot on was great, and i was very happy with the service, The second clip was not as good especially around the neck but i did not say anything. The third clip was once again a very neat job so i booked my dog in for her next clip before leaving the salon. I then had to ring the salon to see if i could change the appointment from the Thursday to the following Monday due to work commitments ,( still giving them a months notice). This was not a problem but i was told very rudely that this change would entail an extra $10.00 fee as i would be outside their 6 week fee time by 1 day? When i questioned this reasoning i was appalled at the manner that i was spoken too ,the level of inflexibility and agression was i felt totally uncalled for. The extra $10.00 to me was niether here nor there to me, but the lack of managerial communication skills was enough to drive this customer away.This person needs to learn how to talk to her customers instead of making her customers feel it is all about the money.

After recently moving to Hobart and using the same groomer for five years, I was anxious about finding a new groomer for my dog. Spot on dog grooming have been amazing! The girls are lovely, the grooming is perfect & most importly my little pooch loves going along!

I recently took my Dog Ruby back into see Jody at Spot On Dog grooming. We used to take ruby to another groomers before and the difference in the level of service between the old Groomer and Spot On. Spot on only book in 1 Dog per Groomer so normally only 2 dogs. Jody and the team have always treated Ruby like gold and instead of sitting in a cage all day Ruby is back home an hour and a half later. I personally would recommend Spot On to everyone especially family and friends. Thank you Spot On for treating my Fur children like your own. Ruby and our family has been much happier since being at Spot On and the price is very reasonable compared to other groomers.

Abhorrent work and even worse customer service. If I wanted to pay $80 for my poor dog's coat to be shorn down to nothing then I'd have bought a paid of damned clippers. Not only that, but despite us booking around other appointments, after complaining they insisted we were wrong, that we'd told them to clip everything, even though they also admitted to having heard problem spots being pointed out. After pointing out that my facebook review was public, they have either closed their page or blocked me. All in all, terrible customer service and even worse with dog grooming.

The best place for your dog to be groomed in Hobart. Jodie and the team truly love animals so much, and the care and attention to detail they use to groom our Labradoodle is incredible. Thank you so much!

We are on a trip around Tassie and had to get our Sadie a bit of grooming. Rang and made an appointment,no problems, brought her in and an hour later she was ready looking and smelling really good. Top marks to the staff for a wonderful job.

Took our dog first time today, had been using another groomer in Hobart for about a year, and they are full at this time of year until January ??So tried Spot on". They have done a really great Job of our dog.The cut is nice and even and brings out our dogs features
