Please avoid. They said they were going to change my car's windscreen with a genuine O'Brien windscreen but they got a cheap alternative replacement which has caused a lot of issues. They lie and cheat so please dont trust their work.

They are Katherine's O'Brian glass dealer. I called two days prior to arriving in Katherine after going through my insurer GIO for a free replacement windscreen. A job well done, highly recommend also auto smash re-pairer. There was a Toyota in for repairs after hitting a Buffalo, DONT hit a Buffalo!. Highly recommended.

Worst Customer Service, Have been waiting to fix car tail light and scratch for more than 6 months, not fixed yet. When is it going to be fixed is not known. Worst experience ever, I would not recommend to use the service.

No return for calls or emails. Numerous calls and emails and messages left with no luck of having any luck. Sadly it’s a small town with not many options available… which is probably why Greg or the team doesn’t really care about business.

Absolutely fantastic work on our troopy after a collision with a wild horse. The panel work is fantastic, and we ended up with far superior bull bar and side steps, all done easily through insurance. Great customer service too, they drove our car round to another mechanic for work, then collected it for us too. Parts took ages to get in but this seems to be par for the course these days, and being fairly remote. They are SUPER busy like everyone at the moment - email to get in touch rather than call as there's rarely someone in the office to answer calls but they do reply to emails promptly. Thanks Greg and team, we're very happy customers.

they are lazy and inconsiderate never returned phone calls . took 3 month to get the work done on my car and when it was done they only did half the work that need to be done. not long after parts started falling off my car.
